2014 New York: 2015 Ford Focus Sedan
Story and photos by John LeBlanc Just in time to battle with a refreshed 2015 Volkswagen Jetta and Chevrolet Cruze (both also debuting here in New York) America’s Ford unveiled a refreshed sedan version of its compact bestseller: the Focus. As per the redesigned Focus hatchback we saw at last month’s Geneva show, the front-wheel-drive, five-passenger Focus Sedan gets refreshed front-end styling with yet another take on the Aston Martin theme. Less radical is the new 2015 Ford Focus Sedan’s updated rear styling. Ford says there’s a new two-piece, laser-brased trunk lid with new taillamps, but we dare you to try and see the difference from the outgoing 2014 model. Inside, a redesigned centre dash with fewer buttons promises an easier-to-use experience. And like the redesigned hatchback, the 2015 Focus Sedan will get the Fiesta’s 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder gas engine.04.21.14 | 2015, Auto Shows, Ford, New York, News | Comments Off on 2014 New York: 2015 Ford Focus Sedan
